RETURNS

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, all items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Returns for defective or damaged items are accepted at no cost to you.

RETURN PROCESS

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if your item arrived damaged or defective.

Our team will provide:

• A Return Authorization (RMA) number
• Instructions for sending back the item
• The correct return address depending on your country and warehouse (varies by supplier)

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
• For defective/damaged items, return shipping is covered by us.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund processing times:

• Verification of returned product: 3–7 business days
• Refund to your original payment method: 5–15 business days

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been completed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition
• Items without original packaging
• Items marked as Final Sale (where clearly indicated)

For personalized, custom-made, or specially manufactured items, returns may not be accepted unless the item is defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.
We will replace your item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
